British Cassis is produced on the Whittern Estate on the Herefordshire/Welsh Border from the juice of blackcurrant bushes grown and farmed for over three generations. Made from 95% pressed fruit juice, a little champagne yeast and just the right of sugar to sweeten gives an intense velvety colour and distinctive blackcurrant aroma.  This is a luxurious drink with the alcoholic content of 13% and can simply be drunk as an aperitif but equally it mixes well for the perfect Kir Royale.  The perfect accompaniment to your luxury break.
