Attention to quality and detail is demonstrated through the use of Welford reclaimed bricks, Marley roof tiles, Indian sandstone paving externally and internally using Howdens premium range appliances.  The work tops are green natural granite and the bathroom range was supplied and fitted by the world famous Heritage Bathrooms and Twyford Bathrooms with their Belmonte Bathroom suite, Dorchester Bathroom suite and Granley Bathroom suites.  The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are Italian Marble for the floor and Porelanosa range for the wall from Spain.  The focus on quality continues throughout with a focus on ethnic furniture from India, Persian rugs importd from the east and internal furnishings John Lewis.

A historic village, Shottery enjoys a peaceful setting in the rolling Warwickshire countryside and is home to Anne Hathaway's cottage, a popular destination for all exploring Englands Shakesperian Heritage.  The village boasts many black and white thatched cottages has a popular restaurant and a welcoming inn serving real ales and delicious food. There are numerous local walks and cycle routes available.

Within easy reach Shakespeare's Stratford, a bustling town on the banks of the River Avon and home to the world famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre, a plethora of quaint shops and restaurants set amongst striking architecture and riverside walks.

For those who wish to explore further, Warwickshire is a beautiful County boasting the bustling town of Warwick and the enchanting Warwick Castle.  The National Trust House at Charlecote Park with its graceful gardens, intriguing maze and Capability Brown Deer Park is definitely worth a visit.  Alternatively a visit to Warickshire Racecourse is bound to provide an exciting day.

Further afield Warwickshire borders Worcestershire and Gloucestershire providing access to the world famous Cotswolds region and the beautiful chocolate box villages  just 12 miles from your holiday location.

• A £250 'Good Housekeeping refundable deposit is payable' this must be paid direct to the owner and appropriate instructions will be issued at the time of booking.  This will be reimbursed post holiday and after satisfactory inventory checks have been made.
• An administrative fee of £29.99 is charged by the owner on each booking.
• Towels and linen are included in the price
• Electricity and gas central heating are charged between £10 and £25 per day depending on time of year and usage 
• Wi Fi is charged at £24.99 for a full week and £19.99 for short breaks and Hot Tub at £150 for a short break, these charges dependant on whether you wish to use these facilities.
